The latest gimmick...?

We have heard all about Watchers-Only Deviations....
As all of us Deviants seem to understand how it works: artists can now allow certain pictures they've created to only be visible to all who watch the artists. And we of this Group have started to see already-submitted pics become Watchers-Only Deviations (blurriness where none existed before).
While some in our 
-verse commend artists who do this as a method of getting more people to watch them, we Group Admins find it a bit of a nuisance, especially when you end up with artists who declare every picture they've ever created here as Watchers-Only Deviations.
Not much incentive to watch the artist when there's nothing to see worth “the want to watch”!
And worse still if we get Submissions from artists who like to do Watchers-Only Deviations. If we the Admins (who do not watch any of these artists) cannot see what's being submitted, what's the use of us accepting their submissions?
A lot of artists we do trust regarding the content of their artwork, but there are some artists who like to deceive Group Admins in this regard. We the Group Admins do not want to be so duped—it destroys Group credibility.
So effective immediately, this Group will not be accepting any Watchers-Only Deviations. And any Watchers-Only Deviations already part of your Group will either stay or eventually be removed.
We apologise in advance any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you will understand.

NO PREGNANCY, PEDO OR FETISH PICS.
AND NO ADOPTABLES OR O.C. PICS EITHER.

Why Our Group Is What It Is

We owe you our thanks... and an explanation....
We very much appreciate all the artistic contributions that you've submitted to our Group. You are all fabulous artists—each of you in your own way—when it comes to your fanart. We certainly can see that in your work's increased quality as of late!
But we feel you should realize that not every Group submission can be easily accepted. Depending on which one of us Founders, Co-Founders or Moderators is available/online to make these decisions, a few submissions do not get accepted. AND YOU WANTED TO KNOW WHY.
Please understand our Group isn't “THE-World-of-Cartoons”... we are “A-World-of-Cartoons”... we accept quality pics of MANY of the well-known and classic cartoons ever known. For this reason, we say we cannot accept pics of EVERY cartoon ever created in this world, because that would make it hard to sort and catalogue. Besides, what is popular in one country or continent may not equally well-received in another country or continent.
Plus, as we may have noticed, we do accept pics not just of cartoons, but also of comics as well.
But again, we are quite particular of what pics our Group accepts. What we look for in pics, we look for the quality of the artwork, consistency of the characters depicted, popularity of the cartoon they're from, etc.
Yes, we are very particular—some of you could very well call us picky—and that is partly because we are not one of those Groups that "accept everything". We do not engage in that kind of popularity contest. Some, not all, of these "accept everything" Groups merely accept the pics; they do not sort into appropriate folders; and time and again they'll be sweating bullets wondering why, oh why, they can't accept any more pics (likely because their main Featured folder is full up!); and they wonder why the heck so many submissions were accepted, such a backlog, pics cannot easily/quickly be sorted, etc, etc... and I can go on.
Believe you me, I've seen those kinds of "accept everything" Groups—some do as good a job, other don't—so I know what I'm talking about.
Suffice to say, if you'd rather be a part of those Groups, leave, go join them, and see how far you get without the care and the due diligence that our Group offers towards your submissions!
So, I'm sorry to have to tell you all this, but that's how our Group operates, because we do care.
Anyway, another reminder: because has decided that contributions to Groups can no longer be unlimited (ie: you can no longer contribute as many as you want), our Group has had to comply, as have all other Groups.
Which kinda means.... we can only accept 10 items per day!
OUR ADVICE:
If you cannot submit your artwork to your Group today because of this, please try again the next day.
And since this is YOUR Group, too, please help us out by submitting your future artwork into “Featured 2”—or, if not there, then into “Featured 3”—or into “Featured 4”—and we will sort it for you.
And why only so many we can submit at a time? For us to avoid the backlog of submissions other Groups suffer.
